Everything in the PHA has a character of teamwork. The school-graduates are going home with this experience:

Division of participants into groups

Each student is a part of a group (age and efficiency). There are groups – PHA-I, PHA-II and PHA-III. All activities are in these groups.

​

The responsibility for all activities lies in „coaching team“ which is made of 6-7 people:

​

  • Head coach – pro-coach with high experience level

  • 1st assistant – coach with experience in minor-league hockey programs

  • 2nd and 3th assistant-demonstrator – young coaches, high-level players

  • 1st and 2nd supervisor – with experience in minor-league hockey programs

Teams

  • Each student is a part of a team (5-8 players, 1 goalie)

  • There are four teams in one group

  • Each team has players from different clubs

  • All activities are team activities

  • All competitions and tournaments are team-competitions
